I found this hotel merely adequate, it definitely did not meet my expectations for a five-star resort. the signature level is a must if you want a decent experience. it was like the standard pool was overcrowded. the gym was a letdown, lacking enough running machines and the air conditioning barely functioned. It was uncomfortably hot.

The hotel staff were friendly. They were always ready to help.!! The food was varied and tasty. The dedicated breakfast restaurant provided a relaxed start to the day. I really enjoyed the key in the wristband. It was super convenient.

I noticed a VERY slight delay during check-in due to the number of guests arriving at the same time.

i was happy with the smooth check-in. the staff was friendly and helpful. our bungalow had everything we needed and was clean. the pools were excellent.

there's a gap in food service between meals. the xtra time bar opened at 3pm. it would be useful to open earlier for food and sports viewing.

The staff were Very nice. They were always available and ready to help with anything I needed. My room, a Beautiful Room, was very clean and well-kept. The pools are also a SUPER plus, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the Sicilian sunshine.

The gym's air conditioning could be a bit stronger, as it got quite warm during workouts.
